This past weekend, the Anaheim Family YMCA had the incredible honor of receiving a generous $50,000 donation from runDisney and Disneyland Resort during the 2025 Disneyland Half Marathon Weekend! We are beyond grateful for this amazing gift, which will directly support our mission to strengthen the community through programs that empower youth, promote healthy living, and foster social responsibility.
The donation was presented on stage by Anaheim Mayor Ashleigh Aitken and Disneyland Resort President Ken Potrock to our very own Brent Finlay, President & CEO of the Anaheim Family YMCA. This moment truly encapsulated the magic of the event; uniting runners, volunteers, and community partners in a shared commitment to making a difference.
