Throughout the first pathway of Avanza, we will help you build a sense of self-identity, learn about social awareness and relationship management, build your brand and market yourself through your resume, and much more!

INTERVIEW SKILLS PATHWAY
” Pathway 2 focuses on taking your resume and the soft skills you have developed and using them to land a job in which you can be successful. During this time, we will assist you in sharpening your interview skills by discussing effective communication, conducting mock interviews, practicing active listening exercises, and more!”

NETWORKING PATHWAY
” Networking is a major part of creating relationships with working professionals that can teach you about the work they do and the path they took to get there. This pathway focuses on how you can network within your community and the importance of building these relationships through first impressions, asking for letters of recommendations, and learning the power of influencing action!”
