The new Anaheim Family YMCA Community Complex will complement the adjacent Ross Park by providing a space that supports different activities, including programmed sports like soccer and futsal, and other recreational activities, allowing for active and passive recreational use.
While we are currently in a new and uncertain environment, the Y is committed to offering safe sports activities during this unprecedented time.

All programs will adhere to the measures currently in place by the Orange County Health Agency. Members and participants will be required to wear a face covering during program times. Members and participants can also expect:

Cardio kickboxing is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.
This class is designed for more experienced yogis with a very solid understanding of basic yoga postures who are comfortable performing more advanced poses. The advanced student practices yoga regularly and has begun to master connection of breath with movement.
This class is designed for those who have a good understanding of the basic yoga postures and have begun to explore a wider variety of poses and styles. The intermediate student understands the relationship between breath and movement.
This class is designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga. Class is slower pace and is focused on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses. Come to learn, play, and maybe even break a sweat in a supportive environment.
BOOT CAMP – ADULT
Our Boot Camp is a great way to kick start all of your fitness goals and is designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of types of exercise. Activities include Military style circuits, strength and flexibility stations using their own body weight, obstacle courses, jump ropes, and more. You will feel strong, powerful and accomplished leaving our Boot Camp class.
BOOT CAMP – YOUTH
Youth Boot Camp is an interval training program designed for teens looking to kick start their fitness goals. Activities include Military style circuits, strength and flexibility stations using their own body weight, obstacle courses, jump ropes, and more. A great way to burn fat, calories, stay fit and makes new friends.
Zumba is a mix of low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. This class is a total body workout and combines all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and empowerment.
Self-defense is a set of awareness, assertiveness, verbal confrontation skills, safety strategies, and physical techniques that enable someone to successfully escape, resist, and survive violent attacks. This course is not just about physical training but will also provide psychological awareness and verbal skills. This is an entry level self-defense course that requires no previous martial arts training.
HIIT Cardio is a full-body workout that includes a rigorous interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. Participants will be challenged to push to their limits and walk out feeling strong.
