YOUTH STREET HOCKEY LEAGUE
Participants will learn basic street hockey skills and about positive values and character in a team setting. Practices and games will be held at the YMCA Community Complex (1422 N Broadway, Anaheim, 92802).

Participants will learn basic soccer skills and about positive values and character in a team setting. Practices and games will be held at the YMCA Community Complex (1422 N Broadway, Anaheim, 92802). Fees includes weekly practices, 10 games, and a medal/trophy. The league is Co-ed.
Our Boot Camp is a great way to kick start all of your fitness goals and is designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of types of exercise. Activities include Military style circuits, strength and flexibility stations using their own body weight, obstacle courses, jump ropes, and more. You will feel strong, powerful and accomplished leaving our Boot Camp class.
HIIT Cardio is a full-body workout that includes a rigorous interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. Participants will be challenged to push to their limits and walk out feeling strong.
The class will consist of various stations set up for group activities. Functional training at hand. Each exercise and movement are particularly pieced and designed for you to reach your fitness goals. It consists of the fundamentals of exercise, and correction of posture while practicing form & technique. You will get one-on-one attention, while being part of a group setting, working alongside other like-minded members
Being a part of the Y Running Club will be a great experience for all ages. Whether you are training for a race, need some extra conditioning for other sports or just have an interest in running and endurance. This course can help you reach your fitness goals. Participants will be doing fitness drills, body weight workouts and cross training. Classes are split into three different age groups and times.
Through a variety of fun drills, our Football Clinic will engage participants while teaching the sport of football and developing fundamental skills. The goal is to build fitness, muscle coordination, football fundamentals and create a love of the game. We do not do any tackling or blocking at this level.
Martial arts is a fun way for your little one to learn respect and discipline, as well as keep them fit and alert. In this class, we will focus on building self-confidence, self-control and self-defense skills. Family involvement is required; however, the YMCA staff will conduct the course
Our baseball skill clinics are dynamic, engaging and specifically designed for developing youth baseball players with appropriate instruction. Participants will thrive in a learning environment, focusing on the fundamentals of baseball including hitting, fielding, throwing and pitching.
This clinic will focus on improving your technical skills such as dribbling, passing, shooting, and ball control in various situations. The older age groups will be put in more complex drills.
This course introduces your child to baseball in a fun and safe environment! Your child will learn the fundamental skill of hitting and batting stance, base recognition, throwing, and fielding ground balls. Family involvement is required; however, YMCA staff conducts the course. All equipment is age-appropriate. Bring your own glove.
