Orange County’s ONLY community radio station hosted Brent Finlay, the President and CEO of Anaheim Family YMCA, to discuss after-school care for students, youth soccer and sports programs, flexible jobs for teenagers and college students, as well as plans for expanding the YMCA Community sports complex in Anaheim.

Brent joined John Guitierrez, Senior Vice President of the OC Hispanic Chamber to discuss programs in Anaheim and Orange County that are tailored for youth, students, and adults of all ages. The Anaheim YMCA serves more than 7,000 students with after-school programs, including assistance with food programs and education guidance. Brent and John also discuss the growth of eSports — and scholarships available at UCI — as well as the Anaheim Family YMCA’s most exciting expansion in decades; a community Sports Complex that is planned to include a multi-court “airnaseum”, plus pickleball courts, event spaces and much more. Fundraising is moving fast, and the YMCA has a trusted legacy for Orange County companies and individuals looking to donate and support the local community.

The Anaheim YMCA is here for you, hear all about it with Brent and John.
