Gymnastics Instructor
Gymnastics Instructor

Duties/Responsibilities: Provide a structured class teaching students in variety of gymnastics and tumbling skills; coordination of registration of participants; assist in the responsibility for the success of the Gymnastics program including: fundraising, special events, and marketing; Insure the safety of all participants at all times

Qualifications: Must be at least 16 years of age and experience working with children (paid or volunteer) preferred, but not required.

Hours: Part-Time/Non-Exempt position. Must be available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm; Saturday 8:00 am to 1:00 pm; Sunday 10:00 am-2:00 pm.

Wage: $12.00 per hour

Worksite: Anaheim Downtown Youth Center, West Anaheim Youth Center, and Stanton Central Park.

Preschool Sports Instructor

Duties/Responsibilities: Provide a structured class teaching students in variety of sports such as basketball, soccer and t-ball; coordination of registration of participants.

Assist in the responsibility for the success of the Bitty Sports program including: fundraising, special events, and marketing; insure the safety of all participants at all times.

Qualifications: Must be at least 16 years of age, and at least 1 year experience working with children (paid or volunteer) in related activities preferred.

Hours:  Part-Time/Non-Exempt position. Must be available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm; Saturday and Sunday 9:00 am to 1:00 pm

Wage:  $12.00 per hour

Worksite: Anaheim Downtown Youth Center, Twila Reid Park, West Anaheim Youth Center, and Stanton Central Park

Martial Arts Instructor

Duties/Responsibilities: Will plan, organize and instruct Martial Art classes; will coordinate registration of participants; and will insure the safety of all participants at all times.

Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age and must have at least 2 years of experience teaching martial arts.

Hours: Must be available Mondays & Tuesdays after 6:30 pm; Saturdays & Sundays 11 am to 1 pm.

Wage: $13.00 per hour; Part-Time/Non-Exempt position.

Basketball Staff

Basketball Staff

  • Duties/Responsibilities: Manage weekend basketball games; Coordination of registration of participants; Assist in the responsibility for the success of the Youth Basketball League including: fundraising, special events, and marketing; Insured the safety of all participants at all times.
  • Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have basketball and referee experience. At least 1 year experience working with children (paid or volunteer) preferred.
  • Hours: Part-Time/Non-Exempt position. Must be available Saturday 8am-6pm and Sunday 10am-3pm.
  • Wage: $12.25 per hour
  • Worksite: Anaheim Downtown Youth Center and West Anaheim Youth Center
