HONORING REX HUDLER , Angels Announcer & Baseball Great
A veteran of 21 years in professional baseball (1978-1998), Hudler played three seasons for the Angels, finishing with a career-high 16 home runs in 92 games. Hudler played for 18 different major league teams. Hudler began his broadcasting career with Good Morning America in 1997 and joined the Angels television broadcast team in 1999. Rex can currently be seen broadcasting Angels games on KCAL and FOX. Hudler is a strong supporter of the YMCA and an advocate for many important causes. Rex and his wife, Jennifer, founded "Team Up For Down Syndrome" after their son Cade was diagnosed with Down Syndrome. The Hudlers reside in Orange County and have four children: Alyssa, Cade, William, and David.
