Class Description
We believe fitness, fun and exploring new interests is for everyone. Along with improving health, there’s the added benefit of being connected to others. That’s why you’ll find a range of activities and fitness classes at the Y. With something to offer everyone, the YMCA classes will help you make friends, stay healthy and have fun.
Below is a list of our weekly class schedule at the YMCA West Healthy Lifestyle Center. All classes are included in the membership fee.

| Cardio Circuit | Combine fun and fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work using hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography.
