Class Description

We believe fitness, fun and exploring new interests is for everyone. Along with improving health,  there’s the added benefit of being connected to others. That’s why you’ll find a range of activities and fitness classes at the Y. With something to offer everyone, the YMCA classes will help you make friends, stay healthy and have fun.

Below is a list of our weekly class schedule at the YMCA West Healthy Lifestyle Center. All classes are included in the membership fee.

Cardio Circuit Combine fun and fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work using hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support
and head to toe stretching.
