At YMCA West, move at your own pace and receive personal support in a quiet, friendly atmosphere. YMCA West offers many programs and classes all included in your monthly membership price: Individuals: $24/month and Couples $40/month.

Chair Fitness is a seated conditioning class, which improves balance, coordination and strength. It helps those that have limited mobility.
Weight Circuit Training:

Monitored by a certified personal trainer, this 30 minute workout will help you pace yourself through the circuit equipment while making sure you get the maximum benefit from your workout.
Teen Boot Camp:Teens work with a personal trainer and group over a week at achieving their fitness goals and setting a healthy life course. Teens improve body strength, self esteem and relations with peers through this camp. Game Room:YMCA West offers an array of games from bobble ball and table tennis to Wii Fitness. All games are meant to keep one physically active at play and having fun with other members. Zumba:

Zumba is the new hottest workout around. Zumba fuses Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away.

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support. Movement Therapy: Teens, Adults & Seniors

Experience the calming effects of Eastern and Western movement therapies such as Yoga, Tai-Chi, and Qi-gong, muscle toning, Trager Technique, Authentic Movement, and Dynamic Movement all rolled into one fun and unique class.
30 Minute Ab ClassThurs: 6pm
This workout focuses on your abdominals giving an intense workout in just 30 minutes. It will improve your core strength and help get you to that flat stomach.
